Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to work on-site at one of our leading manufacturing clients in Hemel Hempstead. The candidate is going to sit within the Digital and Marketing team and be the bridge between the business and tech teams. The chosen candidate will be expected to define, configure, test and support business requirements related to the various different sales and marketing applications, and systems (such as Salesforce, Lead generation technologies etc). This includes feature enhancement, writing user stories and qualifying leads as well as being a valued team member. Must haves: Experience as a business analyst Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketo or Eloqua focusing on automation processes and company management Prior experience with Salesforce sales cloud Proven exposure to lead scoring tying in the sales and marketing clouds Comfortable working in an Agile methodology Proficient in writing user stories High level exposure to either Jira or Azure DevOps Enterprise level backgrounds coming from large scale organizations
