Graduate Building Surveyor

You will be working for a multidisciplinary consultancy with teams of Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors & Structural Engineers. The company specialises in high end residential projects from new build housing developments to refurbishment projects. The team is growing and the company has an exciting expansion plan in place. Reporting directly to the senior surveyor, you will receive full training in the following areas: Attend building surveys and prepare reports on condition, defect repairs and maintenance plans. Prepare and serve party wall notices and awards. Prepare costed maintenance plans. Project management and contract administration on repair and refurbishment projects. Assisting senior surveyors in complex construction matters. Carry out property inspections, report on defects and recommend remedial works.
