During your internship, you’ll be part of a dynamic and passionate team leading the most important innovation for the company. You’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments and contribute to the achievements of your team. WE WILL OFFER A TEMPORARY CONTRACT (12 MONTHS) About the job You’ll collaborate with several company departments (Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance) to develop your analytical skills and discover competitive dynamics of the baby nutrition products market. In detail, you'll support the Marketing Team in the following activities: Carry out critical analysis to understand consumers’ and shoppers' behaviors as well as business performance (consumer insights, sell-in, sell-out, market share, competition analysis). Participate in brief and coordination with media and creative agencies to bring to life brand growth activation moments throughout the year. Coordinate cross-functional cooperation to achieve targets set for the brand. Innovation: manage current portfolio to guarantee high performance, new product development assessing market needs. Control over marketing budget for the brand, ensuring its efficient utilization. About You To be successful in this role, we believe you need to have: Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Management; Problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking; Flexible and proactive attitude, able to cope with a fast-changing environment; Team-oriented behavior and understanding of cross-functional working; Strong interest in FMCG industries; Passion for Marketing; Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
