Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives under the supervision of the Director of Marketing. Conduct in-depth market research for trends, competitors and opportunities. Plan, execute and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, print and events. Monitor and report campaign performance, making adjustments based on data. Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns and promotional materials. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity. Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and leverage digital channels to maximize brand visibility. Manage online advertising, SEO and social media campaigns. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or similar. Proven experience in marketing in luxury hotels of at least two to three years. Fluent in English and good second language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Creative mindset. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic working environment. Fixed-term contract of one year with the possibility of conversion to permanent contract. CCNL Flat-rate tourism.
