Knowledge of Sales techniques, Sales Steering, Sales channels, Cycles, Data Analytics and Sales KPIs. Board knowledge of the local market, consumers and specifically business customers and their needs, with an omnichannel approach. Strong knowledge of competitors in the local market, business trends, office trends, private consultancy trend. Motivated by increasing customer value and customer satisfaction by applying a customer first mindset. Ability to make things happen, prioritize and make decisions by championing flexibility, speed, and simplicity. A considered decision-maker thanks to strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships. Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks and processes. Ability to identify business opportunities and to create a high commercial performance. Ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve planning and performance moving forward. Ability to speak fluent in Italian and English. What you'll be doing day to day Take responsibility for B2B department goals in every channel and secure that your action plan ensures the country priorities. Follow up and act accordingly by using proven solutions and good examples. Ensure the shop is in excellent shape as new and always fully and efficiently stocked and that the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers in every touch point. Ensure the best professional service of your consultancy team both for Business customers and Private customers that need to furnish a full apartment. Create the action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders. Build long-lasting relationships with local business communities and actively spread the awareness of IKEA as a brand and partner for J-18808-Ljbffr
