The Head Chef they are looking for: A creative and skilled Head Chef with a passion for Asian Fusion cuisine. Proven experience in high-volume kitchens, capable of handling up to 1,500 covers daily. A hands-on leader who can inspire and manage a brigade of 10 chefs effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage ordering, prep, and service seamlessly.
