Job Description
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute group sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals. Identify and target key markets and customer segments for growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed. Prepare and present regular reports on sales and market insights. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. Provide training and support to regional sales teams to maximize their effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of group sales channels, including wholesale and distributor networks. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
