Senior Procurement Manager - Indirects

The Procurement Manager will lead a brand new greenfield indirect procurement team in all end to end sourcing activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team. Implement procurement strategies to support the organisation Drive value through cost management, supplier innovation, and forecasting. Manage sourcing events and oversee category management. Analyse procurement performance and market trends. Identify and mitigate procurement risks. About You Extensive procurement experience in ideally from within large-scale infrastructure or utilities or large public sector functions Expertise in indirect strategic sourcing in categories such as Fleet, Property, Corporate Services. Knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations. Strong influencing and man management skills. What You’ll Get Salary (£70,000 - £80,000). Up to 20% performance bonus, private medical insurance, 28 days annual leave, and a contributory pension (up to 12% match).
