We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the daily operations of our QSR area within the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization. Additionally, during the summer season, you will have the opportunity to lead the team in our outdoor restaurant, providing a unique and exciting challenge for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QSR team to ensure efficient and seamless operations Train, motivate, and lead staff members to provide outstanding customer service Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner Assist with staff scheduling and rotations to meet business demands Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operations and customer satisfaction Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a QSR Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management practices A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards THE PERKS OF BEING AN EATALIAN 40 hours contract.
