Grow the service contract base within Italy while also supporting our existing contract base. Please be informed that we are looking for candidates based in the Northern area of Italy to be able to visit customers. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets for the region, being responsible for completing scheduled and unscheduled Field Service. Perform service & repairs to Honeywell and other manufacturers' fixed and portable products. Complete all service orders through the customer database system. Service, commission, and install field equipment. Diagnose and analyze causes of product failures and make recommendations for improvement. Interact directly with customers to build relationships, establish communication, and promote HGAS products and services. Provide all Honeywell internal customers and sales engineers with technical information and support. Actively participate in Honeywell Operating Systems assisting with Business/Departmental goals while meeting personal goals. Participate in out-of-hours on-call program. Assess and evaluate installation work in conjunction with the sales team. Key Skills and Qualifications Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 2 years field service/customer-facing role (essential). Experience in Oil & Gas, Hi-Tech, electronic or instrumentation industry, as a plus. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Electrical installation skills and knowledge of gas detection, as a plus. Able to work on own initiative and work well within a team. Excellent customer relation skills and strong organizational abilities. Self-motivated and results-driven. Fluent in Italian and at least with a basic level of English.
