Job Description

Mission: Set up and monitor an ongoing and dynamic approach to Environment/Health & Safety. Perform the role of RSPP for Emergency Lighting Business. What will you do? Manage H&S issues and improvement plans, deploy H&S standards. Manage environmental issues of industrial and logistics sites: waste management, management of the emission generated by the Group, definition of Best Available Technologies for the Industrialisation of Schneider Electric products, deployment of environmental standards (ROHS, W3E, etc). Promote and assist management in the development and application of the group Health policy relevant to protection of all employees (physical, mental and social well being), propose and increase the deployment of management tools. Establish prevention programs in order to avoid work-related accidents and occupational illnesses. Provide support to healthcare and monitor regulatory changes. Energy management of the production site with analysis of energy performance and efficiency through digitization and plant/machine renovation projects. In collaboration with Quality Leader, Internal coordination of Quality, Safety, Environment, Energy Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) and integrated system management. Management and coordination of projects in the field of sustainability. What will help you to be successful? Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering fields. Professional working English proficiency. A minimum of 3/5 years of experience as RSPP/ASPP. Previous experience in HSE issues within manufacturing businesses.
