Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Older People's team. This role involves working closely with patients to improve their quality of life, promoting independence, and supporting recovery. Responsibilities Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions for older people. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to create tailored care plans. Conduct home assessments and recommend necessary adaptations. Provide advice and support to patients, families, and caregivers. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with NHS standards. Requirements HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist. Previous experience in older people's care is preferred but not essential. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
