Job Description

Are you a seasoned Health & Safety professional with a passion for renewable energy? We are seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to join a leading Solar & Storage IPP. Based in Milan, you’ll ensure that health and safety protocols are upheld across all stages of solar PV project construction and operation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Health & Safety plans for large-scale solar projects during construction and O&M phases. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety. Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement. Provide training and guidance to teams on Health & Safety best practices. Requirements: Have 3 years of experience in Health & Safety roles within large-scale solar or renewable energy projects. Possess in-depth knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and international standards. Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Be fluent in Italian and English.
