Casa Cucinelli Manager

The Casa Cucinelli Manager is responsible for the overall management of space operations, client experience, and visual display. The person will also be accountable for supporting the achievement of sales objectives, maintaining and reaching operational and merchandising standards and goals, building a high-level customer experience, and supporting associates as needed. The Casa Cucinelli Manager will work closely with the Area and Store Manager in supporting the Boutique’s CRM development. Responsibilities: Plan and execute client experiences in Casa Cucinelli to maximize Company initiatives. Administer logistics and delivery of client events. Analyze and report, providing feedback post-event and benchmarking. Work closely with store managers to provide an accurate calendar of client experiences according to HQ guidelines. Facilitate and support the press in celebrity and PR appointments. Ensure organization of all office areas, stock rooms, and maintenance rooms in line with company standards. Ensure direct communication between subcontractors and suppliers working within Casa Cucinelli. Process invoices, manage new supplier requests, contracts, and budget approvals. Serve as a direct liaison between all subcontractors and vendors to verify work standards and the condition of Casa Cucinelli, managing and maintaining the space facility. Support the press office in managing stock: oversee all processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments. Monitor inventories to avoid discrepancies. Profile: We are looking for candidates with expertise in the luxury sector who can maintain high-end aesthetics in line with the brand's image. Ideally, candidates should have experience in event planning and execution, particularly in client experiences, to support the company's initiatives, along with excellent communication skills. A previous experience in Luxury Retail in Client Relationship roles will be considered a plus. Proficiency in English is required, while proficiency in a second language would be considered an additional advantage. J-18808-Ljbffr
