Software Developer (C++, QT)

Job Description: Our client is looking for a Software Developer (C++) for a contract role. Must Have Primary Skills: Over 10 years of experience in software development utilizing C++. More than 5 years of experience in creating applications with the QT framework, ideally in a Linux environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing UI/UX using QML within the QT framework (Qt 5 or 6) alongside C++. Nice To Have Secondary Skills: Experience with OSM (Open Street Maps) or similar based applications. Experience with MQTT or similar communication protocols. Experience with TTS (Text-to-speech) applications. Experience with OTA (Over the air) software and OS update frameworks like Mender or RAUC or similar. Proven Experience In: Create a comprehensive work plan for SDLC activities to ensure project completion within the defined timeline and budget. Engage in the entire software engineering lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, source code development, unit testing, integration, and system testing. Design and develop high-quality, scalable software applications as well as over-the-air (OTA) software updates for onboard vehicle systems. Collaborate with solution designers and software developers to guarantee that the complete solution meets performance and reliability standards.
