Corporate Communications Lead

Our client is a leading multinational company operating in the construction industry is looking for a Corporate Communications Leader based in Sassuolo Italy. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative and reputation of the Group. Reporting directly and working closely with the Brand & Marketing Communication Director, you will co-create, develop, and implement strategic communication plans to drive brand growth and enhance stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Communication Director to plan, develop, and execute integrated advertising campaigns that promote brand image, corporate themes, products, and services Oversee the development and implementation of corporate launch campaigns with an international scope, ensuring a unique and recognizable brand presence across global markets Manage projects, defining governance, development roadmaps, guidelines, and coordinating timelines and progress for assigned corporate projects Handle supplier management, budgeting, and cost control, maintaining relationships with creative agencies, structuring contracts, and ensuring proper budget allocation, management, and monitoring Conceive and implement marketing tools and materials, coordinating the creation of marketing and communication assets to support launch campaigns. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, establishing governance and managing cross-functional teams within the marketing function Oversee internal communication tools Manage public relations for the CEO and shareholders Background Extensive B2B experience in a Corporate Communication Manager role. Experience in Construction would be advantageous Storytelling and copywriting expertise International experience is required Exceptional communication and inclusive relationship-building skills to manage cross-functional and international teams J-18808-Ljbffr
