Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for managing all the project phases involved in setting up a sales outlet, ensuring that these are conducted in compliance with the requirements, times and costs shared with the customer. The core responsibilities of the role are: Coordinating and planning the architectural construction of the sales outlet, making sure to respect the agreed times, as well as the shared commercial and aesthetic requirements. Determining the time needed to carry out the project, identifying the activities to be assigned to their own coworkers. Qualifications Manages the relationship with commercial bodies to acquire the functional information to start the design of new points of sale. Carries out the analysis of the project parameters (technology, team, duration and costs), as well as the analysis of the technical characteristics themselves (preparation cost, ease of control, communicability). Selects, coordinates and evaluates external consultants and suppliers. Monitors the project progress, ensuring compliance with the budget limits and required quality standards. Plans the programming of works and interventions for the creation of the sales point. Acts as a contact person for ordinary maintenance and support activities for the sales point. Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improvement effectiveness/efficiency of its responsibilities. Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business. Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the care of the environment, business processes and organizational community.
