MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific Job Profile: Job Title: Cyber Security Awareness Lead Manager / AVP Experience: 8-15 years Location: Bangalore No. of Positions: 1 Job Responsibilities: Develop technical training and awareness projects under the guidance of MGS CISO by collaborating across MUFG and MGS Business Lines. Develop innovative content delivery methods that appeal to the product development community. Ensure that our program is effectively changing behaviors, so our employees act in a secure manner, reducing the most risk to our organization. Create a positive program that engages employees and contractors, using interactive and innovative audio and video learning experiences. Develop opportunities alongside MGSs Communications, to expand employee knowledge and create a culture of security. Oversee instructional design of new training content suitable for virtual or instructor led format. Identify top human risks to the organization and the behaviors that must change to mitigate those risks. Develops, reviews, implements, and maintains a security awareness program through multiple medium and develops content for published web pages, presentations, newsletters, notification releases and maintain business reports. Actively applies project management principals, skills, experience, and best practices. Communicates globally, cross functionally about business terms including technology. Manages and leads information security awareness training program. Ensures the security awareness program meets all industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. What We are Looking For: A Bachelors Degree in Technology, Communications or Equivalent. Minimum 5 years of Information / Cyber Security Training experience Min 3 years of Corporate Communications Experience a plus Ability to work in team environment sharing responsibilities. Familiarity with the use of integrating social media, gamification technology, virtual rewards programs in awareness programs. A capable professional writer, able to research and prepare high quality, clearly written awareness, and training materials free of errors and mistakes. Very good command on English language Very good Analytical skills Very good Communication skills
