We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients construction team. The ideal candidate should possess keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of the Property Industry. Description Commercial experience of working on Joint Venture projects and developments Overseeing all financial aspects of the construction project Knowledge of RC Framework developments Managing contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers Ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated budget Providing cost management and reporting insights Collaborating with different departments to achieve project objectives Implementing risk management strategies Reporting in Managing QS and Commercial Directors Contributing to the resolution of contractual disputes Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Profile A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field Proficient knowledge of construction contracts and legislations Previous experience working on residential developments Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong mathematical and IT abilities Experience in managing budgets and cost control A team-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure Job Offer A competitive salary range of £65000 to £87,000 per annum -DOE Inclusive of a bonus and car allowance A supportive and professional work environment Generous holiday leave policy If you believe you have what it takes to excel in this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, we encourage you to apply today.
