CHANGE OF TENANCY ADVISOR Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Change of Tenancy Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Cardiff. ROLE : Change of Tenancy Advisor SALARY: £14.50 p/h, circa £28,000 per annum JOB TYPE : ongoing LOCATION : Cardiff Gate (CF23) HOURS : Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. WORKING PATTERN : Hybrid working – currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home - this is not a fully remote position . Candidates need to live locally. THE ROLE: Completing change of tenancies for commercial properties. Managing workflow to complete work items in line with age profile. Taking Inbound calls to deal with queries and offer Contracts to new customers. Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts. Sending information requests to customers and managing responses. Complex process but full training given. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Excellent IT Skills. Manage own workload, work well on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team. Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner. Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy.
