Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural steel projects, including material, labour, and subcontractor costs. Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to develop accurate bids. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the sales team to ensure competitive and profitable proposals. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure cost-effectiveness. Track project costs and maintain clear records of all estimates and revisions. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations throughout the estimation process. About You: Proven experience as an Estimator in the structural steel industry. Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
