EV Pre-construction Manager

Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Preconstruction Project Manager with experience in EV forecourts or fuel station projects. The ideal candidate will lead feasibility studies, design coordination, planning applications, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless project handovers to construction teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage feasibility assessments, grid connection applications, and site designs. Coordinate planning permissions and approvals with local authorities. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation during preconstruction. Collaborate with DNOs, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver ready-to-build projects. Requirements: Proven experience in preconstruction project management for EV forecourts or similar infrastructure. Strong knowledge of forecourt design, electrical systems, and regulations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus). Why Apply?
