Join us and be part of the team that’s revolutionizing smart grids What you will do: As a Control Room Specialist, you will join the Customer Success Team and be in charge of the: Monitoring Systems: Supervise systems and equipment using various monitoring tools to ensure they are functioning properly. Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify potential issues and trends. Emergency Response: React promptly to alarms and emergency situations, coordinating responses and communicating with relevant personnel. Reporting: Document incidents, operational performance, and other critical information for future reference and management review. Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Team to execute routine operations and resolve issues. Who you are: Technical High School diploma or STEM Degree with: Prior experience in a similar role would be considered a plus. Knowledge of the systems and technologies used in a control room. Excellent knowledge of English; Spanish or other foreign languages are a plus.
