REGIONAL KEY ACCOUNT RETAIL - Sicily

The Regional Key Account Retail is responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue from GDO accounts within the Sicily region. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths: Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with GDO clients. Ensure that agreements are aligned with the company’s profitability and growth objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key groups within the assigned region. Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges and requirements. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with field sales teams and other departments to align strategies with overall company goals. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information, track sales activities, and monitor account performance. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS 4-5 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management, preferably in the FMCG industry and GDO. Familiarity with FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels. Good knowledge of Office applications - especially Excel. Fluent in English. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
