At the acclaimed restaurant, freshly caught fish and decadent desserts are enhanced by stunning sea views. Guests can relax in the heated infinity pool, wellness centre and stylish beach cabanas. We are looking for a Beach Concierge to act as the hotel’s main point of contact for our guests enjoying their stay at the beach, together with the Beach Service Supervisor. Beach butler responsibilities include greeting guests, making dining and entertainment arrangements, and keeping guest rooms and suites up to the hotel and guest standards. Ultimately, you will help us provide the best possible experience for our guests during their stay. Main Responsibilities: Meet guests when they arrive at the beach Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc. Remain well-groomed at all times Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor Requirements: Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry Excellent organizational skills Ability to adapt to a fluid environment Commitment to a high level of customer service Strict attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management Excellent English and Italian skills; a third language will be considered a plus Additional Information: Seasonal contract according to Italian law J-18808-Ljbffr
