Site Inspector and Assistant to H&S during Construction

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a Site Inspector and Assistant to H&S during Construction to be employed at a construction site located in the south area of Ancona. The activities under his/her responsibility will be the following: Site office management; Construction accounting; Administrative activities; Countering contractor reserves; Coordination in the preparation of variance reports; Maintenance of the construction logbook; Participation in site meetings with related reporting; Assisting with site tests and inspections; On-site inspections of works and work in progress; Any other activities to assist the Construction Management office; Coordination of variant projects during construction requested by the Client and assistance in drafting variant reports; Assistance to H&S during Construction. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on Structures; Proven site experience of at least 5 years; Good knowledge of English; Residence in Ancona or nearby; Registration in the Order of Engineers; This announcement is intended for both sexes, people of all ages and nationalities.
