About BioLibrary We’re a young startup with patented tech focused on managing orthopedic conditions that require immobilization or support. Our mission: Bring cutting-edge orthopedic solutions to the point of care. Help clinicians while advancing health equity and reducing costs for better population health management. Improve the patient experience. About You You’re an Engineer or other specialty with a proven technical background; ideally with experience in photogrammetry, product management or related expertise. What You’ll Do Translate business needs into technical requirements that guide development. Define and maintain the Biolibrary solution in collaboration with 3rd party developers. Own product specifications and oversee its entire lifecycle. Advocate for Biolibrary’s approach by showing it’s safe and effective to potential customers as well as representing it in front of technical audiences. What You Bring A passion for innovation and the ability to work in a team, effectively communicate with stakeholders using basic English language proficiency. Analytical skills to tackle challenges and adapt to changing priorities by understanding user needs and other design constraints. Programming expertise and understanding of agile development methodologies. Details Part-time role with equity-based compensation only for a period to be determined together.
