Our client, a well-established organisation based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, is seeking a talented individual to join their team on a 12-15 month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Your duties will include: Acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. Delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting to influence business decisions and improve operational performance. Collaborating with department heads to prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Supporting the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive cost efficiency and revenue growth. Conducting detailed performance reviews and identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions and long-term planning. Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures. Preparing and presenting financial information to senior management, ensuring complex financial data is communicated clearly and effectively. About You The ideal candidate will have: A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent). Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
