Appointment Summary Embracing a key role in our clients Corporate practice, you will be engaging with a diverse range of clients and contributing to the overall successful delivery of high-profile transactions. As a Senior Associate or Legal Director, your responsibilities will encompass: Providing expert counsel to clients, playing a pivotal role in meetings and consultations. Navigating intricate corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Proactively participating in business development initiatives, fostering collaboration with other practice areas to enhance the corporate team's visibility. Effectively managing instructions, drafting legal correspondence, and serving as a central point of contact for clients while overseeing case management. Required Background(s) An experienced Corporate Lawyer with 8 years PQE, ideally gained within Private Practice. Proven experience in managing complex corporate transactions and providing strategic advice. Demonstrable expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts. Strong academic background and legal qualifications. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
