Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator

We're seeking a Facilities Management Helpdesk Coordinator to support our client's Operations team and help drive success across the organisation. This role is essential in ensuring seamless operations while working closely with internal colleague and external sub-contractors. You'll have the opportunity to work with a busy team who make a real difference across the company. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, delivering timely and accurate information. Coordinating engineer schedules and manage workflow. Use advanced systems to order parts and process work orders efficiently. Proactively plan and schedule maintenance activities across multiple sites. Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise. Maintain well-organised reports and internal systems to streamline operations. What We're Looking For Strong background working in a busy FM Helpdesk environment is essential. Experience working within Facilities Management / similar sector would be advantageous. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure. A proactive mindset, combined with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. What's on Offer?
