Job Description

Job Summary: Let Property is the UK’s leading Property Investment Brokerage and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Completions Agent to join our team. This role involves overseeing the final stages of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient completion process for both buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of property law, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the completion process for property transactions, ensuring that all legal and contractual obligations are met before the transfer of ownership. Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of the transaction. Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, title deeds, transfer forms) is completed and correctly filed. Verify financial transactions, including premiums, balances, and payment of fees. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or queries throughout the completion process. Ensure clients are informed of the progress and any necessary actions or requirements. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the completion process. Work with legal teams to verify that all documents and conditions are in order before finalizing the transaction. Ensure the timely transfer of ownership, including facilitating the exchange of keys and completion statements. Prepare and send out completion packs to clients, ensuring all necessary documents and information are included.
