Ardeta Search is partnering with a renowned luxury interior design studio specialising in bespoke residential interiors , is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exquisite, high-end designs. Role Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design processes, from concept creation through to project delivery, ensuring each project meets the studio’s impeccable standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting concepts and ideas with confidence and clarity. Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Source and select the finest materials, furnishings, and finishes to bring unique design visions to life. Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Stay ahead of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies, infusing fresh ideas into the studio’s work. Skills: Strong experience in high-end residential interior design, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional projects. Proven leadership skills and experience managing design teams. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Vector works and other relevant tools. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards. Knowledge of suppliers that would be used for high end residential. This is an excellent opportunity working with a fantastic tight-knit dedicated team on a permanent basis. Salary paying circa £35,000 - £45,000 Benefits.
