Mission RINA is currently looking for motivated professionals to fill the role of Proposal Specialist for engineering and consultancy services in our team dedicated to the Infrastructure & Mobility sector. Key Accountabilities Coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal. Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders. Education Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Qualifications 2 years of experience in the role of Proposal Specialist, Junior Proposal Manager, or Junior Project Engineer in infrastructural and civil large-scale projects. Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process. Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals. Good communication skills in English. Good knowledge of Italian procurement code will be considered a relevant plus. Promote sustainable development - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a role model.
