About the role This position is for a Senior Consultant working at our Milan office, focusing on permanent recruitment in a 360-degree role. Key responsibilities Identifying suitable candidates through multiple innovative channels. Consulting candidates and clients through often complex and large recruitment processes. Overseeing a portfolio of Italian-based clients, analyzing their upcoming projects and resourcing needs. Developing long-term relationships for repeat business. As a specialist within your recruitment market, staying informed about our clients and the market you work in. About you Minimum of 3 years experience working in a recruitment environment or sales role comparable to a consulting environment. Some experience in a business development role. Native Italian and upper/fluent in English is required. Ability to connect with new contacts and build rapport for the short and long term. Creative business developer.
