Job Description

About the Role: My client seeks a highly motivated and experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proven business partner. Responsibilities: Conduct monthly meetings with sales departments/regions to review rebates and spending. Build strong relationships with sales teams quickly and effectively. Manage the month end process Understand and uphold policies and controls, taking corrective action and escalating exceptions as needed. Handle ad hoc Analysis Manage complex reporting to calculate accruals. Execute high-volume adjustments accurately at month-end. Qualifications: Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified with a strong business partnering skills. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Knowledge of Oracle is high desirable Month-end experience is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
