Job Description

Position: Corporate Solicitor Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered) Location: Northampton Salary guide: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum We are proud to be representing a top ranked and prestigious law firm in Northampton seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate solicitor to join them permanently. This is a full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working. Key Role Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial cases Dealing with acquisitions and mergers Advising on commercial contracts and finance documentation Employee share schemes and Governance documentation Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Corporate Commercial Law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proven experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Package: Competitive salary between £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
