Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our client's dedicated team. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, providing expert legal advice and support to clients who have suffered due to medical errors. You will have access to high quality work within a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims, from initial investigation to trial. Provide clear, expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they understand their rights and options. Conduct thorough legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft claims. Liaise with medical professionals, experts, and clients to build strong cases. Ensure the smooth progression of claims, meeting deadlines and providing regular updates to clients. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, offering empathetic and professional support throughout the claims process. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in clinical negligence law. Strong knowledge of medical law, clinical negligence procedures, and personal injury claims. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach. Ability to handle a demanding caseload efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work. Excellent attention to detail, research, and analytical skills.
