No Offer Description The postdoc researcher will independently manage and carry out the commitments envisaged in the aforementioned research projects which concern the development of diversified, low-input cropping systems. The person must demonstrate experience in managing experimental field trials, preferably also with participatory research approaches. The person must demonstrate that he/she has previous experience with the use of innovative technologies for the management of the weed flora. It is desirable to have experience with the inclusion of grain legumes in cropping systems. General knowledge and experience in the agroecological management of cropping systems is required.
