Food and Beverage-Process and Supplier Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking for Food and Beverage-Process and Supplier Specialist. The identified resource will be responsible for: Support planning, implementation and management of all food and beverages services from chosen providers; Verify and control that contracted FNB service providers deliver the FNB operations that meet KPI’s and is in budget; Support management of FNB contractors, ensuring that they comply with technical specifications and quality requirements; Analyse and control VIK agreements and progress; Follow contract management activities, coordinating with other internal functional areas and Olympic and Paralympic partners; Keep track of milestones and support the processes with FNB partners, contractors and with local health department; Monitor and report on supplier performance, propose corrective actions to reduce defects and improve process.
