We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Property Manager to oversee a beautiful four-bedroom villa located close to Rapallo, Italy. This role requires a proactive individual who knows the area of Rapallo and can commit to working 1-2 full days per week, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and managed effectively. Position Type: Part Time, Live Out, Permanent Location: Near Rapallo, Italy Working days&hours: 1-2 full working days Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Key Responsibilities: • Regular inspections of the villa to ensure it is in excellent condition. • Overseeing maintenance and repairs as needed, coordinating with contractors and service providers. • Ensuring the villa is prepared for principals’ arrivals, including cleaning and stocking essentials. • Maintaining inventory of supplies and managing budgets related to property upkeep. Requirements: • Previous experience in property management is required. • Flexibility and mobility to respond to property needs as they arise. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills in Italian; knowledge of Russian will be a plus. • Right to work in Italy.
