Development Details: This role will be based at the beautiful Ebury Bridge development located in Westminster, currently comprising of circa 230 apartments over two blocks within the first phase, across private leasehold and affordable housing. The estate is still being developed and will increase to over 1000 apartments over 9 blocks once fully completed. Please note - This is a car-free development with no on-site parking available, however, secure bicycle storage facilities are provided Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will: youll be an expert in resolving a variety of maintenance issues including light painting, basic carpentry, basic electrical tasks, and minor plumbing. Conduct regular tap flushing to ensure water systems comply with health and safety standards and prevent bacterial growth youll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. Maintain planting areas on the terrace and ground floor, including tasks such as watering and weeding. youll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development. You have a good eye for detail and experience conducting regular development inspections, reporting any defect and/or health and safety concerns, cleaning, and maintenance (internally and externally). your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors. youll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
