Skills: Extensive experience with ConnectWise Lead the implementation and optimisation of the ConnectWise platform, providing expertise on its architecture, configuration, and best practices to ensure maximum value and efficiency for the organisation. Strong background in IT consultancy Proficiency in configuring and customising ConnectWise Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Experience in system integration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work independently and remotely Strong project management skills Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools Knowledge of industry best practices and standards 3rd party supplier management experience Software/Tools: ConnectWise CRM software
