HR Manager Our client is in the Retail Hardware Industry is seeking a HR Manager to join their team in Port Alfred. The HR Manager must reside in Port Alfred or be prepared to relocate to Port Alfred. This position involves traveling, as there are 8 branches in the Eastern Cape which will be visited on a regular basis Location: Port Alfred Job type: On-site Duties and Responsibilities Oversee a staff compliment of 300 All IR, Contracts, Training, Recruitment, Payroll and Performance Management. Dealing with Unions Wage negotiations CCMA cases Onboarding Maintaining Employee records Employee Wellness Minimum Requirements Matric HR Qualification Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Management role MS Office IT savvy Willing to travel Skills Required Good time management, planning & accuracy Problem solving & analytical skills Excellent management, communication and people skills Ability to handle pressure Accountability for work performed Responsibility Should you wish to be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly to the advertisement.
