Job Title: Junior Site Engineer Job Location: Rome (Italy) Main Responsibilities: Coordinate site installation activities to support network infrastructure deployment, including antennas, poles, panels, and power systems. Assist in planning and managing project timelines to ensure efficient rollout and timely delivery of site plants. Oversee technical documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project specifications, to ensure accurate and organized record-keeping. Conduct site surveys to assess readiness and compliance with project requirements and network standards. Liaise with contractors and vendors, coordinating regular meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Review contractor documentation to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Support the ticketing process in Huawei’s internal system for managing issues and tracking project milestones. Requirements: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Proven organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in structural calculations, technical documentation, and software tools like Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and ProSAP (or similar). Knowledge of renewable energy is a plus. Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
