Within the SDA Bocconi Business Development Office , the person will contribute to the B2B promotion and sales of the School Portfolio (Open programs, Custom programs, Online Programs, Research and Masters) with on domestic market and contribution to custom programs. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST for our Business Development Office that is in charge of supporting the Executive Education School Portfolio (custom programs mainly). In a word, the Business Development specialist is a contributor to the team’s missions: a strong link between the School and the business environment at a national level. A key team role, both commercial and relational, a true pivot connecting our knowledge with the market. The Business Development specialist supports the team into keeping relations, helps our prospects and clients defining the training needs and matches them with existing programs (open enrollment programs) or designs together with our faculty ad hoc solutions (custom programs). She/he will handle the following activities: Support with Market analysis (i.e target areas and client clusters); Support to the development of commercial actions conveying synergy between BD team and internal stakeholders; Support to new relations activation (HR and top management of companies and institutions) thanks to commercial targeted actions; Support to Customer retention with dedicated actions; Loyalty strategies execution; Support during periodical meetings with clients; Presentation of Exed portfolio and special events; customer satisfaction analysis Support with Sales Reporting; Support with Conjunct development actions with other units both in SDA and in UB Support to the ideation and organization of special activities/events finalized to customer retention or development Qualifications and requirements: Degree (preferred economics or communications); one year of experience abroad (both for studying or working or any other) Previous experience (at least 2 year) in developing and managing business relations finalized to the promotion of services. Preferred industries being education, consulting and luxury. Client/partners acquisition and management attitude (market analysis and segmentation; definition of development plans) Commercial development attitude and experience in working on multi-stakeholder projects are considered qualifying elements therefore represent a must have for the position Availability for periodical business trips Writing and presentation skills Proactivity and resilience in managing long-lasting business relations Responsibility and accountability Organization and execution, institutional belonging and commitment to quality Excellent English and Italian Tools and technologies: Excellent knowledge of Ms Office suite (specifically xls, word and ppt).
