We Are Hiring: AI Developer We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven systems at Spoki. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, building intelligent solutions that leverage WhatsApp as the primary channel for hyper-personalized customer communications, sentiment analysis, and automated decision-making. You will play a critical role in defining the architecture and driving innovation to integrate artificial intelligence into our Conversational Platform. Key Responsibilities Adopt and Develop AI Solutions Evaluate and implement the most suitable AI platforms and technologies to address WhatsApp-based customer communication, cCommerce, and personalization needs. Prioritize cost-effectiveness, scalability, and rapid deployment, leveraging existing solutions where possible rather than building everything from scratch. Intent AI & AI Agents Deploy advanced AI-driven agents to interpret user intent accurately, manage conversational flows, and deliver personalized responses across text, audio, and video interactions. Audio and Video AI Generation Utilize cutting-edge models to generate engaging and contextually relevant audio and video content, enhancing user experience and strengthening brand presence on WhatsApp. Sentiment Analysis and Flow Generation Combine real-time sentiment analysis with dynamic flow generation to adapt interactions based on user emotions and behavior, optimizing customer satisfaction and conversion rates. cCommerce Enhancement Transform WhatsApp into a robust conversational commerce platform by integrating personalized product recommendations, seamless payment processes, and streamlined customer journeys. Integrations and Collaboration Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and integrate effectively with existing systems, APIs, and platforms. Innovation Leadership Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously refining the AI strategy to deliver tangible value while embracing a lean, startup-oriented approach. Team Mentoring Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by guiding and coaching team members, promoting rapid experimentation and knowledge sharing in AI-driven projects. Optimize and Scale Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and efficient, capable of handling high-volume WhatsApp traffic and complex scenarios, while maintaining cost discipline and flexibility. Our Ideal Profile 5 years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. Comfortable evaluating both off-the-shelf and custom-built AI tools, with the ability to balance cost, scalability, and rapid implementation. Familiarity with cCommerce fundamentals, able to create seamless WhatsApp user journeys that integrate product recommendations, payments, and other transactional features. Experience building AI agents capable of interpreting user intent and delivering personalized flows across text, audio, and video channels. Data-Driven Thinking: Skilled in leveraging data insights to optimize interactions, from real-time sentiment analysis to automated conversation flow adaptation. Strong communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, development) to align AI initiatives with business goals.
