About The Project As an AI Product Manager, you will lead the ideation, development, and execution of cutting-edge AI solutions that transform business operations and enhance user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer needs to build scalable, impactful products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation are essential to excel in this role. Duration: Contract-based Stage: Workshop and Proof of Concept, End-to-end AI Solution Development Objectives Lead the development and implementation of AI Workshops and Proof of Concepts to effectively define key use cases. Identify the highest-value use case, and showcase the practical applications of Generative AI with the highest ROI, aiming to drive innovation and business growth for our clients. Drive adoption and revenue growth for the offering. Continuously improve the workshop content and PoC methodologies based on client feedback and industry trends. Determine user needs, develop solutions to meet these needs, and supervise the implementation. Own, build, maintain, prioritize, and effectively communicate the Product Backlog based on user and business needs. Create and manage the product roadmap, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to deployment and scaling. Optimize user engagement by implementing feedback-driven improvements to AI systems. Deliver production-ready AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing systems. Build a strong understanding of AI capabilities to guide product innovation and differentiation. Drive product adoption and performance through user testing, iteration, and continuous learning. KPI Successful implementation of AI Workshops and PoCs within agreed-upon timeframes. Percentage of PoC clients converting to longer-term engagements. Estimated ROI achieved by clients implementing AI solutions post-engagement. Percentage of met predefined success criteria for the project. Highest client and team satisfaction rate. Areas of Responsibility Design and refine the curriculum, materials, and activities for the AI workshop, product discovery, and development. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs. Identify and refine use cases for AI implementation for different industries. Calculate potential ROI on AI implementation. Define product specifications, technical hypotheses, and success criteria. Handle planning, execution, and evaluation of AI projects to ensure they meet client objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure successful execution of this service. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Define and maintain AI Solution roadmap, prepare proposals for further product development. Continuously seek feedback and identify areas for improvement, suggest implementation plans.
