JUNIOR HR GENERALIST

We are currently looking for Junior HR GENERALIST . Our client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector. Responsibilities Administrative management of personnel (hiring, onboarding, handling administrative and legal aspects of employment contracts) Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Development and implementation of HR procedures Reporting and data analysis Preparation of presentations Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or another related discipline At least one year of experience in HR Dept., preferably in international business environments Fluent in English Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Proactive and highly organized with excellent planning skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities This position is based in Rome.
