Job Description

The Order Process & EHS associate is responsible, in collaboration with the RSPP/RLS, for overseeing environmental, health, and safety control activities, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of safety procedures. The role also provides support to the Logistic Dept. to control delivery schedules of suppliers, loading of purchase orders to ERP, and supply management planning. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: EHS AREA: Develop, manage, and update company system documentation and procedures (health, safety, prevention, protection, emergency plan, and environment). Monitor compliance with safety regulations within the facilities, including periodic biological, chemical, acoustic, and climatic analyses. Assist in drafting and preparing all necessary documentation for 45001 and 14001 audits and participate in management reviews. Organize and manage all activities and updates related to first aid and fire safety training and refresher courses for internal personnel. Manage MUD (Waste Declaration Form) and industrial waste. Oversee employee medical suitability deadlines, manage related documentation, and coordinate with the Competent Doctor regarding health surveillance and medical visits. LOGISTICS AREA: Supply control, management planning, and reorganization programs. Control delivery schedules of suppliers and manage reminders or reschedule orders. Plan deliveries for Italy facilities. Load purchase orders into the company computer system. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Prevention Sciences, or related fields. H&S-specific certifications (RSPP, CSP, etc.) and Master's degrees are a plus. Minimum 5 years of industry experience leading the EHS department at the regional or global level. Fluency in English. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Solid interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
