What You'll Do Lead culinary operations across all campus catering units, conferences, and events. Collaborate with senior leaders to align catering services with university objectives. Drive financial success through effective budget management and cost control. Ensure legal compliance and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. Innovate and stay ahead of food trends, enhancing menus and presentations. Promote sustainable and ethical practices in every aspect of catering operations. Engage with customers to continuously refine and exceed service expectations. What Were Looking For Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to inspire teams and deliver exceptional results in a high-quality catering or hospitality setting. Culinary Expertise: Advanced food hygiene certification (Level 4) with extensive knowledge of menu planning, nutrition, and creative food concepts. Business Acumen: Strong background in budget management, financial planning, and achieving measurable KPIs.
